Server Rules
1) A donation is a gift. We strictly have a no refund policy.
2) Opening a dispute or claim with PayPal will result in an instant permanent ban of your account, whatever the outcome of the dispute/claim is, even if it’s in your favor.
3) We will provide full logs of the donation, your account information and the way you spent the donation rewards in our game to PayPal. In the past, we have won all claims by providing this kind of evidence to PayPal.
1) All registered users of Hanin Legacy must agree with every point of these rules. Disagreement with at least one paragraph of these rules prohibits use of the site, discord, and the game.
2) All accounts, characters, game items, and committed actions are the exclusive property of the server and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3) Sale or purchase of anything for real money or virtual currencies equated to real money, as well as any type of exchange and sale of characters, is forbidden. Violations may result in warning or permanent ban of both buyer and seller accounts.
4) Purchase of valuable items from other players is allowed at your own risk. The administration ensures safety only for items/services obtained through our Auto Donation System.
5) False reports or perjury towards players will result in warnings or account bans.

1.1. Disrespect towards server staff is forbidden.
Penalty: Character + account ban for 7 days × violations.
1.2. Threats towards server staff are forbidden.
Penalty: Character + account ban for 7 days × violations.
2.1. Use of hacks or cheating software is forbidden.
Penalty: Account ban 7 days to permanent.
2.2. Speedhack, Hithack, and similar are forbidden.
Penalty: Character + account ban 30 days to permanent.
Note: Admins may request PC checks for violations.
3.1. Using server errors (bugs) for personal gain is forbidden.
Penalty: Account ban 7 days to permanent.
Note: This includes /quit and switch character abuse.
3.2. Reporting new bugs may result in rewards.
4.1. Ethnic hatred is forbidden.
4.2. Humiliation, obscene language, or flood is forbidden.
4.3. Mentioning relatives in conflicts is forbidden.
4.4. Advertising other servers is forbidden.
4.5. Interfering with GM events is forbidden.
4.6. Offending relatives is forbidden.
4.7. Real-life threats are forbidden.
4.8. Using alt accounts to bypass bans is forbidden.
4.9. Battlefield inactivity or point farming is forbidden.
4.10. Fake screenshots or misleading admins is forbidden.
4.11. Not fulfilling contractual deals is forbidden.
4.12. Offensive nicknames are forbidden.
4.13. Impersonating staff is forbidden.
4.14. Voting exploitation is forbidden.
4.15. Malicious acts against the server are forbidden.
4.16. Misleading admins is forbidden.
4.17. Failure to provide deal info on request is forbidden.
4.18. Unfair Castle Siege agreements are forbidden.
4.19. Bullying is forbidden.
Game Masters may act on norms of communication and context even if not explicitly covered in rules. Admins may extend ban time at their discretion.
